River House lies on an historic site, just 5 miles outside the City of Bath. With picturesque riverside scenery and fringed by the glorious Friary Wood, this small estate is the ideal private rural escape, yet one which has easy access to the City centre.

In the main house, there are 5 double bedrooms - which can all be set up as twins - with 4 bathrooms. A large fully-fitted Provencal-style kitchen, with under floor heating, leads on to a conservatory/dining room seating up to 16 guests. The extensive reception room in the older part of the house has two wood burning fires, leather sofas and wide-screen television providing an ideal entertaining space with an additional office/library area.

A stunning outdoor swimming pool has views down the valley. The 6-person hot tub is available all year round in a secluded courtyard. Leading from the kitchen, the paved BBQ terrace/rose garden has views over the riverside lawns. There is a summer house with a selection of garden games, as well as a games room, with pool table and changing facilities, beside the pool.
